No matter where you are in the eastern Iowa area, there are plenty of patches and orchards to stock up on farm-fresh apples and pumpkins. Depending on where you go, you can pick up renowned local fall specialties as well: pumpkin spice donuts, fresh apple cider, apple butter, and so much more!
